Complete waste of money! If I were to rate this movie, it would receive LESS than one star. Not only was this movie unamusing and not funny at all but it was BORING. I could have fell asleep in the middle of it.
Watching the commercials for Couples Retreat i was super excited to watch it. I absolutely loved all the actors and actresses that were playing in it. I figured I'd be laughing uncontrollably during it. However to my dissatisfaction I didn't laugh once.
The storyline in the movie was that there were 4 unhappy couples who decided to go to a "resort island" that they figured would be a fun, and great way to get away from stress. When they arrived at EDEN hotel and resort they realized that they got themselves into one big couples therapy session. Everyone was miserable and relationships were getting worse and worse by the day. In the end of the movie however the couples re-united and lived happily ever after.
Horrible ending, to conclude a terrible movie. Bad movie choice. Don't waste your money or time.

While I wouldn't agree that is was a horrible movie, I can respect your opinion of it. I'm not sure if someone who saw this blog would not go see this movie. I think if you gave a bit more detail of the plot people could judge whether they want to see this movie or not. Also, I recommend you change the color of your background as it is displeasing to the eyes.

This blog can help people save money too Are you only going to do new movies or any movie that you watch new and old. I can't wait to see what you think of other movies.
ReplyDeleteI was planning to go watch that movie this weekend... but now since i heard a lot of people saying it was bad, and i read your blog i changed my mind... I really like the idea of your blog, and before i go watch any movie i will try to read your blog just to make sure it is not bad.
ReplyDeleteYeah I don't really go out to see movies unless I know they will be good. I usually just watch movies on the computer a couple days before they come out the quality sucks but if it doesn't look like a good movie it saves me a lot of money thanks for the review it looked kinda good on the commercials..
